Lemon Turmeric Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 organic chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp @mekhalaliving lemongrass turmeric paste
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 orange pepper
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 package Thai flat rice noodles
- 1 sprinkle sesame seeds
Instructions

In a large ziplock bag, combine: 2 tbsp @mekhalaliving lemongrass turmeric paste, 1 tbsp turmeric, 1 tsp garlic, 1 freshly squeezed lime, a drizzle of sesame oil. Knead bag with hands to mix seasonings

Add chicken breasts and continue to work mixture into chicken until fully coated

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or until no longer pink

Cook Thai flat rice noodles according to package directions. Set aside.

In a large pan, sauté onions, mushrooms, orange peppers and minced garlic with sesame oil until soft

Toss in noodles, broccoli+ 1 tbsp @mekhalaliving Lemongrass turmeric paste and 1 tbsp rice vinegar.

Pair with chicken and ENJOY with a few sprinkles of sesame seeds.
