CHICKPEA PATTIES
Plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan chickpea patties made with simple ingredients!
Ingredients
2 cans organic chickpeas, rinsed
1 large carrot
½ onion
½ cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon @simplyorganicfoods cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 cloves garlic
½ cup @bobsredmill almond flour
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350
2. Chop onions, carrot and herbs in a food processor.
3. Add chickpeas and herbs, pulse a few times until a past forms. Mix in almond flour.
4. Form into patties
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes— flipping alway through.
6. Extra delicious with hummus or tahini
