CHICKPEA PATTIES

Plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan chickpea patties made with simple ingredients!

Ingredients⁣
2 cans organic chickpeas, rinsed⁣
1 large carrot⁣
½ onion⁣
½ cup fresh parsley⁣
1/4 cup fresh cilantro ⁣
1 tablespoon @simplyorganicfoods cumin⁣
1/4 teaspoon paprika⁣
3 cloves garlic
½ cup @bobsredmill almond flour⁣
salt and pepper to taste ⁣

Directions:⁣
1. Preheat oven 350⁣
2. Chop onions, carrot and herbs in a food processor.⁣
3. Add chickpeas and herbs, pulse a few times until a past forms. Mix in almond flour.⁣
4. Form into patties⁣
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes— flipping alway through.⁣
6. Extra delicious with hummus or tahini
