2 cups oats (I used gluten-free)⁣
1 @siggisdairy pumpkin spice yogurt ⁣
½ cup pumpkin purée ⁣
½ almond or oat milk⁣
1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣
1 egg⁣
1 teaspoon cinnamon ⁣
1 baking powder ⁣
1 teaspoon vanilla ⁣
⁣
Add ins: chocolate chips about ½ or yo your liking!⁣
Directions: ⁣
1. preheat oven to 350. ⁣
2. Blend 1 cup of oats in your blender or food processor into a flour consistency.⁣
3. Mix egg, siggis yogurt, maple syrup, milk ingredients together in a separate bowl.⁣
4. Add in oat flour + remaining ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips.⁣
5. Spread on a pan. Bake for 30 mins. Enjoy with @siggisdairy pumpkin spice yogurt 🥰⁣

The @simplemills almond flour crackers are the perfect crackers to pair with all the other goodies on the board. The best part is that I can pick them up at my local @Publix when doing my groceries. These crackers are not only delicious but also made with simple, whole food ingredients and nothing artificial 😊✨ What would you dig into first? Salmon: Season with @kouzinifoods honey chipotle seasoning, sea salt, and pepper. Drizzle @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil on a pan. Add salmon skin side up and cook 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Flip onto its skin, cover the pan and finish cooking 8-10 minutes or until desired doneness. Peel skin prior to serving✨⁣

Chipotle chicken burrito bowls 😋🌯 it’s been a long week of neuroradiology and it’s only Tuesday 😂Hope your week is off to a good start!⁣ ❤️

Chipotle shredded chicken⁣
2 organic chicken breasts⁣
½ onion, chopped⁣
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped ⁣
1 jalapeño (optional)⁣
1/2 cup @bonafideprovisions bone broth ⁣
½ jar chipotles in adobo sauce⁣
1 tablespoon @primalpalate taco seasoning ⁣
Salt and pepper.⁣
⁣
Directions: ⁣
1 Add everything to @crockpot express crock. Cook on POULTRY setting (25 min) or until fully cooked. ⁣
2. Shred the chicken using a shredding tool (linked on my story) or two forks. Cook 15 more minutes for extra flavor!⁣
3. Enjoy in a bowl filled to the brim with romaine lettuce drizzled with @primalkitchenfoods cilantro Lime dressing, @sietefoods gf grain-free nacho chips, guacamole, @siggisdairy plain yogurt (instead of sour cream!), homemade salsa+ cilantro lime cauliflower rice + lots of guac!⁣

Stovetop gluten-free rolled oats cooked with almond milk + pinch of cinnamon. Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and top with banana, strawberries, @siggisdairy plant-based strawberry coconut blend, creamy organic peanut butter. Sprinkle some granola over the top and enjoy!

HONEY CHIPOTLE SALMON + roasted SWEET POTATOES FRIES & CARROTS 😍 I’ve trying to avoid using the oven because it is so hot here in south FL 🥵 however, I couldn’t help myself tonight! ⁣

Fries: Cut washed and dried sweet potatoes into wedges. Toss in @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil. Season with a sprinkle of paprika and sea salt. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Flip then cook 15 minutes or until crispy. ⁣

Carrots: mist with a little avocado oil spray. Bake at 400 for 15-25 min.
Drizzle @primalkitchenfoods green goddess dressing over the top and enjoy!
