MEDITERRANEAN LENTIL (meatless) MEATBALLS 😍✨ Made the tastiest, comforting #meatless Monday bowl packed with quinoa, greens, turmeric cauliflower, the yummiest meatless lentil balls-drizzled with lemon tahini. So good! Happy Monday ❤️⁣

Lentil meatless balls⁣
2 cups cooked lentils * see note⁣
½ onion⁣
½ cup carrots⁣
½ cup fresh parsley ⁣
2 teaspoon cumin ⁣
1 teaspoon garlic ⁣
1 tablespoon primalpalate super gyro seasoning ⁣
1 tablespoon almond flour ⁣

Directions:⁣
*I sprouted my lentils in water overnight then cooked with bonafideprovision bone broth in crockpot. Cooked then used to make the balls.⁣

  1. Preheat oven to 375 ⁣
  2. Mix ingredients together, you can add more almond flour if your mixture is too wet. Scoop balls using a cookie scooper.⁣
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes. I crisped them up in the air fried for 5 minutes⁣
    Pair with @organicgirl greens, quinoa, tomatoes, cucumber tomato salad, olives, and turmeric cauliflower, drizzled with lemon tahini from @vibrantandpure cookbook and @primalkitchenfoods olive oil. Enjoy ✨
