MEDITERRANEAN LENTIL (meatless) MEATBALLS 😍✨ Made the tastiest, comforting #meatless Monday bowl packed with quinoa, greens, turmeric cauliflower, the yummiest meatless lentil balls-drizzled with lemon tahini. So good! Happy Monday ❤️
Lentil meatless balls
2 cups cooked lentils * see note
½ onion
½ cup carrots
½ cup fresh parsley
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon primalpalate super gyro seasoning
1 tablespoon almond flour
Directions:
*I sprouted my lentils in water overnight then cooked with bonafideprovision bone broth in crockpot. Cooked then used to make the balls.
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mix ingredients together, you can add more almond flour if your mixture is too wet. Scoop balls using a cookie scooper.
- Bake 25-30 minutes. I crisped them up in the air fried for 5 minutes
