Fresh Greek Style Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 handful Walnuts
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1 bag Spring Mix
  • Few Jillz Crackers

Dressing

  • 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp honey (or stevia)
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice and dice all your ingredients to your liking and place on a bed of spring mix.

  2. Add all the dressing ingredients into a mason jar and shake shake shake! Then generously pour on salad and ENJOY!
