Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 handful Walnuts
- 1/4 Red Onion
- 1 bag Spring Mix
- Few Jillz Crackers
Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp honey (or stevia)
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions

Slice and dice all your ingredients to your liking and place on a bed of spring mix.

Add all the dressing ingredients into a mason jar and shake shake shake! Then generously pour on salad and ENJOY!
